The 2018 Summer Davos Forum kicked off on Sept 19 in Tianjin. Premier Li Keqiang addressed the opening ceremony, telling the world that any unilateralism cannot solve the ultimate issue.

Now the world is at a crossroads, where voices for globalization and anti-globalization are in conflict. But we are glad to see the former represents more extensive public opinions, said the Premier.

Although there are defects in the globalization process, the trend is unstoppable.

In international cooperation, China always upholds the principles of mutual respect, tolerance, and equality, and sticks to multilateralism and rules of free trade, because we believe that unilateralism won’t solve the ultimate problem, the Premier said.
