During the third round of China-Germany bilateral governmental consultations held in Berlin on Oct 10, Premier Li Keqiang said China-Germany cooperation covers a wide range of fields and both sides should approach it with wisdom and patience. All the cooperation programs should have actual effects, Li said. “As a Chinese saying goes, speeches should be faithful and actions should be fruitful,” he said. “It is like eating a crab,” Li explained. “Once we eat it, we should finish it clean and completely.”
