Premier Li Keqiang attended a signing ceremony with his Kazakh counterpart Karim Masimov in Astana, Kazakhstan, on Dec 14.

The two signed a joint declaration on regular meetings between the China-Kazakhstan heads of government; and witnessed the signing of documents covering areas such as border cooperation, mineral exploitation, currency exchange and nuclear power.
