China hopes to enhance high-speed rail cooperation with Russia

Premier Li Keqiang said that China is willing to enhance high-speed rail cooperation with Russia and to implement the deals signed by the two countries on Oct 13 this year.

Premier Li made the remarks during a meeting with Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev in Astana, Kazakhstan, on Dec 15.

The Premier also said he hopes that authorities involved in Sino-Russian cooperation will focus on issues related to the Moscow-Kazan high-speed rail project, and propose an overall plan for cooperation as soon as possible.
