Premier Li Keqiang and Mongolian Prime Minister Jargaltulga Erdenebat met with journalists on July 14 at the Government Palace in Ulaanbaatar, the capital city of Mongolia.
Both sides expressed their willingness to maintain the smooth development of bilateral ties and respect each other’s national interests and major concerns.
They also agreed to dovetail the two countries’ economic initiatives — China’s Belt and Road Initiative and Mongolia’s Steppe Road infrastructure construction program — and to strengthen cooperation in many industries, including animal husbandry and processing, and infrastructure construction.
