Premier Li outlines China’s stand on refugees at UN

Premier Li Keqiang on Sept 19 discussed China’s proposals for solving the problems brought on by massive movements of refugees and migrants while addressing the Summit for Refugees and Migrants of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.

It was the UN’s first high-level meeting on the issue of refugees and migrants since its founding and also the Premier’s first speech at the UN General Assembly.
