Premier Li Keqiang inspected the post-quake reconstruction works at Ludian County, northeast of Yunnan province on Jan 23.

The Premier spoke highly of the progress achieved on the reconstruction and expressed condolences to the families of victims.

Later, Premier Li took a photo with two children who he met during the rescues work after the earthquake in 2014.

In 2014, as soon as the earthquake happened, the Premier rushed to Longtoushan Township of Ludian County and instructed the relief work.

And he also chaired two State Council executive meetings to arrange post-quake rescue and reconstruction work.
