New Zealand Prime Minister Bill English held a ceremony on March 27 to welcome Premier Li Keqiang outside the governor’s office in the capital, Wellington.

Premier Li and his wife practiced “hongi”, a traditional Maori greeting in New Zealand, with two Maori culture consultants, and together watched some performances characterized by the Maori culture.

Later, Premier Li reviewed the guard of honor and took photos in the governor’s office.
