Premier Li Keqiang met separately with his Australian counterpart, Malcolm Turnbull, and with European Council President Donald Tusk on Nov 14 in Manila, capital city of the Philippines.
He emphasized that fair trade must be based on free trade, and that only by protecting the latter can there be fairness.
