He made the remarks at a panel discussion with deputies from East China’s Zhejiang province at the first session of the 13th National People’s Congress in Beijing on March 7.

A deputy said a cloth shop in Yiwu has seen surging turnover after Premier Li’s visit in November 2014, bringing a better life to the owner and his family.

The Premier asked the deputy to encourage them to create more jobs.
