Premier Li Keqiang joined a panel discussion with deputies from Northeast China’s Liaoning province at the first session of the 13th National People’s Congress in Beijing on March 8.

On this International Women’s Day, one female deputy said she wanted a group photo with Premier Li. The Premier agreed happily, and wished all female deputies and staff attending the two sessions a happy day.
