Premier Li Keqiang arrived at the Dushanbe International Airport in Tajikistan on Oct 11. He will attend the 17th meeting of the Council of Heads of Government (Prime Ministers) of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and carry out an official visit to Tajikistan.

Tajik Prime Minister Kokhir Rasulzoda held a grand welcome ceremony for Premier Li at the airport.

Local youth, dressed in national costume, presented flowers to the Premier and his wife.

Premier Li then inspected the guards of honor with Rasulzoda.
