Premier Li Keqiang delivered a report to a session of the five-day 17th National Congress of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions on Oct 24.

According to the Premier, the national pension fund is currently well balanced and could be distributed in full and on time to ensure good life for retired workers.

He urged all the local governments to take actions and central government will also coordinate to prevent any back pay in pension for senior citizens.
