Premier Li Keqiang held a press conference with Peruvian President Humala in Lima on May 22.

Premier Li said Brazil, Colombia, and Peru have all agreed to enhance cooperation with China in trade, energy production, manufacturing and infrastructure.

For his part, President Humala said the proposed transcontinental railway will be significant to Peru, Brazil and China, and that China’s participation is indispensable.
