Premier Li Keqiang met Iranian foreign minister Mohammad Javad Zarif on Sept 15 in Beijing.

Premier Li said China pays high attention to Sino-Iran relationship and is willing to conduct a comprehensive, long-term and stable cooperation with Iran in energy resources.

The Iranian minister said China played a critical and constructive role in efforts to resolve the Iranian nuclear issue.

Zarif expressed his appreciation to China. He said Iran would seize new opportunities to develop bilateral ties and strengthen collaboration with China.
