Premier Li Keqiang is in Seoul, the capital of the Republic of Korea.

He was welcomed by President Park Geun-hye on Oct 31. Afterwards, they held talks. Economic issues are high on the agenda. The two witnessed the signing of agreements in trade facilitation, innovation and investment.

The Premier also attended a trilateral meeting among China, ROK and Japan on Nov 1. The summit has been suspended for 3 years, due to territorial disputes.
