A teleconference was held in Beijing on July 2, calling for deepening administrative reform in public security organs.

State Councilor and Minister of Public Security Zhao Kezhi addressed the conference.

The conference asked for streamlining and standardizing administrative approvals, efficiently providing convenience for people. Online platforms should be promoted to push forward Internet Plus public security services.

Supervision during and after the approval process should be improved, to support comprehensive service transformation in terms of minds, systems and working styles.

Moreover, administrative power should be reasonably allocated between higher and lower level organs, while they should keep improving management of their own duties.
