State Councilor inspects NE China’s Liaoning

State Councilor and Minister of Public Security Zhao Kezhi made an inspection tour of Northeast China’s Liaoning province from June 13 to 15, urging efforts to build a secure and stable political and social environment for the 70th anniversary of the founding the People’s Republic of China.

Zhao visited Criminal Investigation Police University of China, local police stations and frontier ports in Shenyang and Dandong city.

He stressed that public security institutions should uphold the Party’s leadership, safeguard political safety and social stability, and make people feel more secure and happier.

Zhao also called for efforts to increase the overall efficiency and core capability of public security institutions through reforms and technologies, and to train high-quality public security personnel.
