State councilor sets off for Kazakhstan to attend SCO conference

Invited by Kazakhstan’s Defense Minister Saken Zhasuzakov, State Councilor and Defense Minister Chang Wanquan left Beijing on June 6 to attend the 14th conference of SCO defense ministers, which will be held in the Kazakh capital of Astana.
