State Councilor Wang Yong met with Indonesia’s presidential envoy and Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan in Beijing on Oct 24.

Wang fully affirmed development of the all-around China-Indonesia strategic partnership.

He hoped that both parties will actively implement the consensus reached by the leadership and steadfastly facilitate the China-Indonesia ties, as well as pursue pragmatic cooperation related to the Belt and Road Initiative.

Pandjaitan said that his country attaches great importance to China-Indonesia ties and is willing to strengthen the alignment of development strategies from both sides.
