BEIJING — A total of 1.08 million new investors opened their securities account to invest in China's securities market last month, according to the China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited.
By the end of July, the number of natural persons investing in China's stock market exceeded 155 million, with 154 million in the country's A-share market and approximately 2.4 million in the B-share market.
Meanwhile, non-natural persons totaled 370,300 during the period, with 348,600 in A-shares and 22,000 in B-Shares.
