BEIJING — China's bond market trading dropped in November, data from the People's Bank of China showed.
In November, the turnover of cash bond trading in the interbank bond market hit 14.2 trillion yuan (about $2.16 trillion), down 33.66 percent year-on-year but up 8.86 percent month-on-month.
The turnover of cash bond trading on the stock exchange bond market was 2.1 trillion yuan, up 196.78 percent year-on-year but down 24.37 percent month-on-month.
At the end of November, the ChinaBond Interbank Aggregate Index stood at 202.2, up 0.4 points from the end of the previous month.
