BEIJING — Sales of China's 22 leading loader makers totaled 93,755 units in the first seven months of 2021, up 21.2 percent year-on-year, data from the China Construction Machinery Association showed.
During the period, some 20,694 loaders were exported to the overseas market, a 59.8-percent growth from the same period last year.
In July alone, loader exports jumped 64.9 percent year-on-year to reach 2,913.
Bucking the trend, loader sales last month came in at 8,763 units, down 11.5 percent year-on-year.
The purchasing managers' index for the manufacturing sector came in at 50.4 in July, indicating expansion though slightly down from 50.9 in June, data from the National Bureau of Statistics showed.
