BEIJING — China's installed clean energy capacity registered rapid growth in the first 10 months of the year, data from the National Energy Administration (NEA) showed.
By the end of October, the country's installed power generation capacity totaled about 2.3 billion kilowatts, rising 9 percent year-on-year.
The installed wind power capacity soared 30.4 percent year-on-year to 300 million kilowatts while solar power capacity stood at 280 million kilowatts, up 23.7 percent year-on-year, the data showed.
