PARIS, June 22 -- French Prime Minister Elisabeth Borne said on Thursday that the European Union (EU) adheres to strategic autonomy and does not support decoupling or severing supply chains.

France will not take discriminative measures against Chinese companies and welcomes their investments, Borne said at a meeting with visiting Chinese Premier Li Qiang.
