Updated: December 5, 2024 14:54 CGTN

The wetland along the Yellow River at Yongji City in north China's Shanxi Province has welcomed nearly ten thousand migratory birds to overwinter. Among them are more than 300 black storks, known as the "pandas of the bird world." The rare species is under first-class national protection in China and has graceful features. They typically inhabit rivers and wetlands, requiring a highly clean environment.
