China sets deficit-to-GDP ratio at around 4 pct for 2025

BEIJING, March 5 -- China has set its deficit-to-GDP ratio for this year at around 4 percent, an increase of one percentage point over last year, according to a government work report submitted Wednesday to the national legislature for deliberation.
