NW China's village gets rid of poverty by setting up cooperatives

Villagers of 79 households who are shareholders of Daoping village's joint-stock cooperative received their dividends for the year 2019 on Jan 8. Altogether 785,000 yuan ($112,600) were distributed to the individual and village collective this year. Daoping was once a village struck by deep poverty.
