China’s first offshore wind turbine, with a capacity of 10 megawatts, is being tested in Fuqing city, East China’s Fujian province, July 12, 2020. The turbine was connected to the State Grid and began generating electricity in Fuqing this month. Developed in China, it boasts the largest unit capacity for offshore wind turbines in the Asia-Pacific region and second-largest in the world, setting a new record in China. [Photo/Xinhua]
