Huanghua Port in N China helps ensure coal supply

A ship berths at Huanghua Port, to be loaded with thermal coal, on Dec 22, 2020. Huanghua Port, located in Cangzhou city, North China’s Hebei province, is a major port for coal transport in China. Since December, the port has increased its turnover rate of thermal coal to expand the supply. An average of 500,000 metric tons of thermal coal is transported from the port every day to meet the demand from fossil-fuel power plants in southern China. [Photo/Xinhua]
