Heshandu Wujiang River Grand Bridge in SW China almost complete

Aerial photo taken on Dec 29, 2020, shows the final process of connecting two sections of the Heshandu Wujiang River Grand Bridge in Southwest China's Guizhou province. The bridge, contracted by the Guizhou Road & Bridge Group Co Ltd, is situated in the junction between Shiqian county and Fenggang county. A key project of the Meitan-Shiqian Expressway, construction of the bridge started in March 2018. Spanning 2 kilometers, it is based on a 680-meter-long steel truss girder suspension bridge, and will open to traffic in July 2021. [Photo/Xinhua]
