The new Shanghai Astronomy Museum hosted a media tour on July 5, 2021. The museum is scheduled to open to the public on July 18. Situated in the Lin-gang Special Area of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, the Shanghai Astronomy Museum covers an area of 38,000 square meters and consists of three major exhibition sections featuring the themes of home, space, and journey. It also has some special exhibition zones featuring China’s space exploration, Mars adventure, among others. [Photo/Xinhua]
