After several snows since the start of winter, China's Snow Town in Mudanjiang, Heilongjiang province, is enjoying its signature season.
As of the night of Nov 9, some areas in town had accumulated snow depths of more than 30 centimeters. Snow-capped farmhouses, trees, and surrounding mountains have turned the town into a white fairy wonderland. Famed for its farm-based tourism, the town, where snow typically falls for half a year and gets as deep as 2 meters, attracts tourists from home and abroad.
