The Zhaoping tunnel of the Cangzhao highway under construction on May 25, which will eventually connect highways through several provinces in South China. The road will span from Cangwu to Zhaoping county, South China's Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, connecting with Guangkun highway (Guangzhou in Guangdong province to Kunming in Yunnan province) and Shankun highway (from Shantou in Guangdong province to Kunming).
