The Alashankou port has handled over 2,000 China-Europe freight trains this year, including this one bound for Poland on May 7. It is located in Northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region. So far, the port has handled more than 24,000 China-Europe freight trains on 78 routes that link 24 provincial-level regions across China with 18 European countries, including Germany, Poland and Russia.
