The C919, China's first self-developed trunk jetliner, debuted at the 14th Airshow China in Zhuhai city, South China's Guangdong province on Nov 8, with 300 new orders received for the C919 jet at the airshow. This is the highest number of orders the Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China has received since its founding in 2008.

The narrow body jet C919 wows spectators with its high angle takeoff and other complicated air maneuvers. On the nose of the aircraft, there are four windshields, giving the pilots a wider field of vision.
