The State Council approved temporary adjustment of several administrative regulations and department rules in six cities, according to an official reply released on July 11.

As pilot cities to expand opening-up in the service sector, they are Shenyang city of Liaoning province, Nanjing city of Jiangsu province, Hangzhou city of Zhejiang province, Wuhan city of Hubei province, Guangzhou city of Guangdong province, and Chengdu city of Sichuan province.

According to the reply, the adjustment involves certain provisions of the provisional regulations for the registration management of private non-enterprise units, travel agency regulations, management regulations of entertainment venues and commercial performances, and special management measures for foreign investment access issued in 2021.
