The State Council approved and issued a new priority list for one-stop government services in 2024, which is based on accelerating the fulfilment of the first 13 items of priority, according to an official circular released on July 19.
The move is aimed at further enhancing the sense of gain for enterprises and the public, according to the circular.
Regions with experience were encouraged to first carry out intensive breakthroughs and make innovations, forming replicable implementation plans and typical experiences to spread to other places.
For market players, items related to enterprise relocation registration, enterprise data filling and bulk transport can now be accessed on a one-stop basis.
For individuals, one-stop services will newly include reimbursement of medical expenses, house-purchasing with personal housing provident fund loans, public rental housing applications, veteran services and overseas student services.
The relevant responsible departments of the State Council should promote the standardization of the one-stop services and coordinate the process by strengthening the integration of departments and reinforcing guidance and data sharing, the circular said.
