Premier Li Keqiang inspected the Jiangxi provincial social security center on Nov 15, as well as the mobile government services and administrative reform in Jiangxi.

Premier Li praised the reform carried out by the Jiangxi government to help eliminate negligence and carelessness by local officials in fulfilling their duties.

At the social security card window, a new business owner said the social security card combines multiple functions such as social security funds, settlement of medical expenses and financial payment. With this social security card, she successfully applied for the discounted government loans.

After hearing that, Premier Li asked related departments to learn from and promote the experience.

Speaking to staffers at the center, the Premier expressed hopes for them to make continuous efforts, and allow the public to feel easier in dealing with daily work and starting businesses.
