BEIJING — Chinese authorities have issued a guideline encouraging lawyers to provide more legal services for private enterprises to facilitate their production resumption amid the novel coronavirus disease outbreak.
A two-month campaign targeting small and medium-sized enterprises and industries severely affected by the epidemic will be launched nationwide to help them contain the virus while restarting operation in accordance with the law, according to the document released by the Ministry of Justice, the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and the All China Lawyers Association.
Online services such as legal training and consultation will be available to assist private companies in analyzing the epidemic impact and preventing and defusing possible risks, it added.
