The economic index of Guangdong province is outstanding, which shows Cantonese people are capable, said Premier Li Keqiang during a discussion with deputies from South China’s Guangdong province to the 12th National People’s Congress on March 9.

He said Cantonese dare to be pioneers, and have the ability to do things with restrictive conditions. They can make a profit as long as there are policies — even though no funds are granted.
