Premier Li Keqiang “prescribed” three recipes for promoting world economic recovery during his speech at the opening ceremony of Summer Davos Forum in Tianjin on June 27.

The first is to carry out structural reform, release restrictions and expand opening up; the second is to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the economy; and the third is to ensure highly efficient global governance, oppose trade protectionism and develop a global economic system that is more balanced and open.
