On the afternoon of Nov 5, Premier Li Keqiang attended the Sixth China-CEEC Economic and Trade Forum in Riga, Latvia, and delivered a keynote speech.
In light of the slower-than-expected world economic recovery and lacklustre global trade, Premier Li put forth five proposals for expanding China-CEEC practical cooperation. These include: scaling up two-way trade, accelerating efforts for greater connectivity, promoting cooperation on production capacity, exploring innovative modalities of financial cooperation and tapping the potential for tourism cooperation.
