Premier Li Keqiang attended the opening ceremony of the 11th Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) on the morning of July 15 in the capital of Mongolia, Ulaanbaatar. The Premier was seen waving to Chinese and foreign journalists while walking by the 53 national flags of the member states on the red carpet.

The Premier was welcomed by Mongolian President Tsakhiagiin Elbegdorj and other top officials. Premier Li took a photo with the Mongolian president, and the two leaders shook hands.
