Premier Li Keqiang attended and addressed the Sixth China-Canada Economic and Trade Cooperation Forum in Montreal, Canada, on Sept 23. Premier Li elaborated on why the two countries can achieve win-win cooperation in five aspects in his speech, which won warm applause from business representatives from both countries.
