KHARTOUM — Chinese and Sudanese experts held a video conference recently to share and exchange experiences in the prevention and treatment of COVID-19.

The conference was held early on April 23 between the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University in Northwest China's Shaanxi province and Sudan's Health Department, under the support of Chinese Embassy in Sudan together with Shaanxi Provincial Health Commission.

During the conference, experts from the Chinese hospital shared their successful experience in fighting the epidemic and exchanged their views on the novel coronavirus with their Sudanese counterparts.

Besides, the Chinese medical experts expressed their willingness to keep working with the Sudanese experts in terms of exchanging information and experiences in a bid to defeat the disease.
