BEIJING — The State Council, China’s cabinet, appointed two senior officials on June 24.
Zhang Yiquan was appointed vice-minister of human resources and social security, and Xu Hong the permanent representative of China to the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, according to the State Council.
