BEIJING — China’s logistics activities remained expansionary in June, data showed.
The Logistics Performance Index stood at 51.9 in June, dipping 0.9 percentage points from May, according to the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing.
A reading above 50 indicates expansion, while below it reflects contraction.
Inventory turnover and logistics employment improved in June.
The sub-indices for both logistics new orders and business expectation edged down last month, indicating slowing growth momentum for the sector.
