The State Council decided to revise some administrative approval items that need to be retained.

The name of item No. 304 was changed to “issue of license for information online transmission of audio-video program”, and the issuing authority was changed to “State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film, and Television”.

The name of item No. 334 was changed to “approval for setting up local news agencies”, and the issuing authority was changed to “provincial administration department of publishing, radio and television of people’s government”.

The decision will become effective from the day it’s publicly announced.
