The State Council decided to make temporary adjustments to several administrative regulations, and administrative approvals and special management rules for market access required by the designated departments in Beijing.

All the adjustments are in accordance with the pilot plan to further promote the expansion of Beijing’s service industry and will take effect immediately until May 5, 2018, according to the circular issued on Dec 22.

Five provisions or items mainly involved with regulations and rules imposed on the entertainment industry and foreign investment sector were put on the adjustment list.

Specifically, the list includes the 10th provision from the regulation on profitable performance and shows; 6th on regulating entertaining places; 34th on managing foreign-invested banks; 3rd one on civilian-use aerospace industry with foreign investment, and 22nd item from the guideline catalog for foreign-invested industries.
